My Review -- 5/5 stars!
Alas, Sarah has done it again with this amazing novel. If you know me well, you know that my favourite books are Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas. I think she is an amazing and a really smart author. Some authors don't recognize what holds a reader motivated through out books. As soon as things get boring, Sarah puts the twisting turn in her books and that's what keep the reader to continue the series.

Now, On to the review. The whole concept of the book is really interesting to me. This is not a exactly re-telling of Beauty and the beast but just little remnants taken from it. The plot was really well thought of it while she was writing this book.

I'll be honest the first half of the book was really boring to me. I will not give away what happened in the book. This book has probably been the most talked about as of 2015. It was worth it. More than 50% of the book was of her just doing random stuff that I didn't really care about. But as I said that it was boring doesn't necessarily mean that it wasn't worth continuing. Even though the first parts were boring they are extremely important to support the main plot of the entire book. I've seen people say that the book was boring. It's probably because they didn't read it ahead and getting past the boring parts. They didn't give it a chance and judged too quickly.

The Character development for Feyre was amazing. From the start she is seen as kind of like a person who is weak and a little bit of a cry baby. But I was really surprised by how much she's developed throughout just this first book.

For now my favourite boy is Tamlin. He's kind of like Dorian only from the beginning. Dorian is the prince from the Throne of Glass series. Tamlin is so sweet and nice. At some parts, whenever Feyre did something really stupid, he would help her and offer support instead of raging at her. Lucien, however was the kind that's sarcastically funny and it just made me giggle through out.

And Yes, Rhysand is introduced in this book. Infact, I've heard that he's pretty important in the second book. I'm sure you've heard of Rhysand from people who have read this and the next book. But if you don't know who he is, he is a High Lord of the Night Court. Towards the end, my strong hate towards him turned into a slightly strong dislike. This book already destroyed me, I don't know what the second book will do.

On to the Romance. The Romance was just perfect in this book. I will suggest that even though this book is Young Adult, the romance part is New Adult. It's very descriptive. So I would advice that you have to be 15+ to understand it.

The plot. I have to honest, when the plot twist hit, I would have cried. Tearing were just welling up as I was reading through it. My sister's were sitting with me while I was reading and I started ranting because the plot twist hit me so hard in the Heart. If you follow me on Goodreads I ranted a lot while reading it. Here are the screenshots.

The Overall book was really well done. Sarah J. Maas writing is beautiful and unforgettable. I was going put it down because of the boring parts. But the plot twist hit and I was like 'I'm finishing this today no matter what.'
